My daughter is 2 years old..yesterday i feel like her body temprerure is very hotm.i checked the fever but it was 98. Whole day i checked 2 to 3 times but no fever. And at night it was 99. I gave her panadol and body tempreture becme normal. And today now almest after 8 hours o checked her and it seems like she is having fever like her body is very hot but i when i checked it is 98.5. What is the reason why her body is very hot. She is sleeping in A.C

On children fever is not classified at temperatures less than 100.4. If the child feels warm. Could b because of weatner or over wrapping
