Talk to Pediatrician on Ent Pediatric Asthma Pulmonology

my son dob 06.march.2014 had asthmatic type cough from many days.cough didn't reduce with brittanyl hence Gave him steron steroids syrrup one teaspoon twice for 2 days. Today gave him myteka 4 MG in evening. He slept fine around 830 pm. Suddenly woke up at 1145 and his nose was totally blocked. He was struggling really hard to breathe through mouth. His chest was totally congested and blocked. Then after waking up he did cough with noise from chest. Some phlegm came out and he became somewhat relaxed. Then did nebulisation with one full nebule clenil without water. Then gave warm honey water. Then put 2 drops betnesol each nostril. He slept at 1 am. Not sure if it's asthma attack or due to large adenoids and tonsills. He had one such attack few years back after taking joshandah and then we had to rush to hospital at midnight...
