Talk to Pediatrician on Dull Skin

Assalam u Alaikum, need pediatrician's guidance Hopefully you are doing great ALHAMDULILLAH. Is there any sunscreen or any cream that I can use on my 1 year old girl? Actually I am a working mom. She travels with me daily on public transport (chinchi rikshaws). My posting is in a village, so there is a lot of dust throughout the way. Now Every one is saying that her tone/complexion is getting more dull day by day. I want her to look normal. I don't want to ruin her skin tone from this age. But i also can't leave her home. So guide me mommies. Ps. I don't want her to be gori chitti. She has a normal healthy Wheatish complexion ALHAMDULILLAH. I just want to keep her like this and keep her fresh. I can't stand her deteriorating color.
