Talk to Pediatrician on Diarrhoea /Motion

Dear Parent,
Continue breastfeeding and give him even frequent feeds
You can start any probiotics like Enflor/Biflor/Enterogermina 1 sachet/ampule in case of enterogermina per day along with syrup Zincat 2.5ml PO once a day for 14 days. Give him almost 2 ounces of LowOsmolar ORS after each loose stool.
The issue with loose motion/diarrhea is dehydration means deficiency of water inside the body, you can avoid this problem by giving him frequent breastfeeding and LowOsmolar ORS.
If your child develop fever, blood in stool, decrease urine output or becomes less active then you need to consult a doctor again.
