Talk to Pediatrician on Constipation And Anal Fissure In 17 Months Old Baby Girl

Assalam u Alaikum! A 17 months old baby girl have constipation(i.e; passing hard & dry stool) since previous 1 week along with fresh blood in stool due to tear or wound (may b fissure) in anus area. We have used Duphalac (Lactulose) syrup; 5ml 2 times in a day for four days. When Duphalac was continued she used to pass soft stool and no blood via stool. Yesterday we stopped Duphalac But today constipation along with fresh blood has started again. Respected dr. Kindly recommend me what should we have to do now so that this problem can be healed??? Recommend some better solution plz! Jazak Allah Thanks!
very common problem around this age group. most due to poor feeding habbit. just by reducing milk nd junk food along with total avoidance of readymade food from bazar nd adding ur routine home made food Habits ur baby can get rid of medicine nd also this constipation. thanx
