Talk to Pediatrician on Cholydochal Cyst Surgery

My baby 40 days, we observed his yellow eyes and urine and 3 times a day stole having colour light yellow. we get him to doctor, he asked for ultrasound and lab test, LFT, CBC etc. after he checked the reports he says it's solution is Surgery, you contact padeatrics surgeon and do surgery as Soon as possible. I not afford private consultant so I go to Children's Hospital. they admit my son in gastroenterology ward. and take some lab test and ultrasound. after ultrasound doctor's says you do it's MRCP. PLEASE any Doctor tell us what is cholydochal cyst and what's it's solution and after surgery any side effects?

today we do MRCP but it's report not received. other documents are attached. and now stole is white chalky type.
