Asking for Other, Female, 27 years old, Sargodha
Hi my daighter is 12 months old she still needs slight assistance like holding her legs to pull up into sitting position.. She was sitting well without support by eight months, neck n head control all her milestones were on time, she still doesnt crawl or pull up to stand. She can sit up on her own but i have to hold her legs slightly. I visited a physiotherapist and he said thst the child seems fine, no muscle weakness or any other issue was identified but he still gave me some exercises for her legs. If i make her stand she can stand for seven minutes but after that she cries alot. What can i do to help her achieve her milestones timely.
Hi, I would suggest you start her on vit D supplements, Dmax drops 1 drop daily for 2 months. Also she requires a detailed physical examination to determine the focus of problem as well as detailed history. It would be better if you book an appointment with a good paediatrician.
