my baby girl 20 days old is having bronchiolits uska pamper Sara din dry rehta hai is this okay plz share some info about it

Make sure about baby feed very well.if baby not taking feed properly then urine output less n lead to dehydration.
Thats not normal at any cost. Whether your baby may be sick or healthy, having a dry pamper is not good at all. It shows that your baby is not being fed properly else there would have been urine output. So feed your baby good. And if the Bronchiolitis is so severe that the bbay cant take feed then i am afraid you might have to admit the baby.
Kindly, get your child examined by a Pediatrician.
