4 months is very late in case of biliary atresia uf so......
it should be diagnosed as soon as within one month.....
do this test and consult report......

whats stool color of baby? please get Gamma Gt and urine fr reducing sugars
.ultrasound abd is not suggestive fr biliary atresia.other treatable causes of neonatal hepatitis must be ruled out
