Talk to Pediatrician on Baby's Health

AoA 1. I m new mom my baby is 1 month 8 days old. her birth weight was 4kg and length was 51 cm and HC was 35 cm. Now her weight is 5 kgs and length is 54 cm and HC is 37 cm. Is she growing okay or i should be worried?(Bcz i couldnt feed her and she is on formula thats why)

2. she in on formula totally. she spits saliva and bubbles alot. plus she stretches alot. she is colic. sometimes she spits milk after feed and sometime she spits spoiled milk. she doesnt cry during feeds but sometimes she coughs and have hiccups. should i be concerned?

3. Her second vaccine is due at 1.5 month but her peads who checked her at birth called for vaccine at 2 months? now my question is when it should be done?
