hello doctors, my one month old daughter got rashes.. we are applying rashnil tube for that but her parts appears more red as shown in picture. please suggest some tube or treatment. thanks

Hi. Keep the area clean and dry.. Avoid cleaning with wipes only. Wash the area, dry n apply zinc oxide paste or sudocrem 3-4 times a day after each wash.. Or apply hydrozole cream to the affected area twice a day for 5 days
