Talk to Pediatrician on Baby Girl Not Taking Bottle Anymore

Hi My little one (3 monthw old) is being very very fussy while feeding from last few days. she is constantly refusing bottle and starts crying as soon as I try to put teat in her mouth. She is bottle fed from start and was always used to be the calm one. I took her to pediatrician 3 days ago and she said there's nothing wrong it might be just a phase which ll go away on its own. She has reflux and colic problems from start and I am giving her pediacolic drops when required. I burp her a lot, never overfeed her. Can any doctor please guide me what can be the issue.
Dear Parents,
Did he develop any other symptom like fever, cough/runny nose, diarrhea? Is she usually a happy baby? Needs some details for proper guidance.

Her birth weight was 3.2kg and now she is 6 kg at 3 months.
other than this she is totally fine and yes she was always used to be calm and happy but now she is fussy all the time because of hunger i guess!

Plz give her Panadol drops 1 dropper 6 hourly for 48 hrs & check for oral thrush (white patches ). If not settling them consult with a Paediatrician or book appointment for online consultation

Yess she has those patches but her doctor said it can't be because of them and they are nothing to be worried about, can It be because of them?
Can I give adol instead of panadol?

Yes you can give Any Paracetamol drops. Plz share pic of her tongue & mouth
Yes. He has severe oral thrush which most of the time is very painful. Now we have the reason why he is cranky & not feeding.
1- Panadol drops for 5 days
2- Nystatin Oral Drops 1 full dropper spill in mouth every 6 hrly for 14 days
You will feel the difference in few days I.A. will explain the method to use in more detail if you can book online appointment.

Aoa sir I want to book an appointment with you, can you please confirm if there is any medicine available other than nystatin drops and daktrine for 4 months old baby so I can book an appointment for the prescription , because the thrush is not going away with both of these and she is in so much pain.

One different thing is that her reflux is more bad now, she is vomiting a lot nowadays
