She only eats home cook fresh food. She has a little social anxiety as we live alone . I doubt she can develop autism but i am very confident that she is not autistic. She was a tv cartoon addict may be because of this she has delayed reaching her milestones. I need some tips how to develop her cognitive and motor skills

Wa alykum salam

You have mentioned few things:

1) She is quite young and it is difficult to say she definitely has a speech delay but at 20 months of age should have quite a few words. Please get her hearing checked from a qualified Audiologist.

2) Social anxiety and stranger phobia is common at this age, i would not worry at this stage.

3) instead of TV, cartoons etc, please give more time to her. Play and talk to her. Read children books to her daily, even for 30 minutes.

Any other concerns, must consult a qualified Paediatrician

Watching a cartoons is their reinforcmnt. If milestone are delayed so she has an issue. It might be a autistic. Because they are not socially communicate and have a speech problem and no eye contact and have behavioural issues
