Talk to Pediatrician on Abdominal Pain

Aoa my son z 6 years old weight z 18kg height z 113cm.since last tuesday he z feeling abdominal pain around bellybutton with no vomiting and lose motion .He has taken medicince as prescribed by doctors .but now pain z less but till persist .cpr,cbc'blood culture aerobic,abdomen ultrasound ,lfts tests were conducted and all reports are clear. he passes stool 2 -3 time aday and stool z hard plz want guaidance
