Talk to Pediatrician on 3 Months Baby Stopped Making Sounds

My baby is 3 months old. She has undergone heart surgery a month go for closure of VSD. Before surgery she used to make many sounds. After the surgery she had sore throat which is probably due to ng tube insertion. She had antibiotics course on return from the hospital. It's been a month i don't think her throat is fine even now and the problem is she don't make sounds. Even if she tries she could make very poor hoarse sounds. Please tell me what could be the reason
change Nasogastic tube check for blockage and try to wash NG tube aftr every feed fo xray chest PA for chest infection
