i have lower back pain. sometimes my spine becomes stiff i can't even move a little bit. i cant bend. i m attaching my lateral view spine x-ray. please guide if there is a curve issue or something else thanks ?

Back pain, stiffness in young male patient can be features of ankylosing spondylitis. especially if symptoms are worse when you wake up in the morning. Any history of skin psoriasis, bowel problems or eye problems? Any family history? Suggest getting blood tests including ESR, CRP and an X ray of sacroiliac joints. Then consult a Rheumatologist with the reports.

no bowel or skin problems but yes i have skin psoriasis...my father have psoriasis...

Hi. there is higher incidence of ankylosing spondylitis in people with psoriasis. Due to genetic associations with HLA B27. also straightening of your spine curvature is suggestive of this condition. Better get checked properly as these inflammatory problems are treatable. can cause severe problems if left untreated.
