I was at the training for special forces. Actually there's a lot of physical activity. While running one day this shin pain started. These days as they are off, I'm not doing as such any physical activity. But the pain is still there. I'm worried.
Did you take any medicines for pain relief ? It sounds like shin splints but there are other possibilities as well . Get an x ray of your affected leg AP and lateral views . Try warming up longer than usual before you start your training . Indulge in stretching and strengthening your calf muscles . And see how it goes . It should be fine with this much . If not , then will have to examine for exertional compartment syndrome and similar conditions like entrapment neuropathies.
