No there is major issue there is small disc protrusion..apply icing and continue regular exercise it will be beneficial for you
And if you need physiotherapist then contact me
Take pain killer if you have severe pain.. otherwise apply cold or hot pack it releve your pain
If possible send me your mri report in written form page
