15 days pp. Delivered normally. Feeling sharp pain in lower back to left hip bone. And towards left leg sometimes. It is so intense that I can not even move sideways while lying on bed. Couldn't sit up by myself. And after sitting up or standing the pain feels lesser but walking in different ways or sitting in different positions triggers it for few minutes and then goes away. Tried analgesic ki malish and taking osnate D regularly. Took nuberol fort for pain today. But its very intense. What to do
