From last week I am feeling pain and tension in my back of shoulders and neck. I am computer science student and have been working on computers for almost 10-12 hours a day. Please suggest any medicine or exercise regarding this ?
Aoa.you have to take care of your posture.and do some exercise.

aoa.for this you have to do nexk exercises and streches as well.its better for you to take appointment so that i guide you properly.and you should maintain your computer or laptop in front of your eyes so you didnot bend your neck.

In order to confirm source of your pain a proper assessment which includes
a clinical history and examination is required.
I would suggest you come to the clinic for the same
Bad posture and lack of exercise is to blame. Get up and walk about after
sitting for an hour or two. Go out for a brisk walk daily or play a sport.
Use a local gel (like fastum or voltral) 3 times a day and panadol 2
tablets as required for the pain.

Pain in neck and shoulder is mostly related to bad posture. If you correct your posture while sitting and sleeping, your problem may solve.
