Leto to dil krta burp aey. Phir Beth k burp krti to sakun hota. I can't walk more bp low hona shuru ho jata ha. I think it's stomach issue. But ab mje guide kren konsi chezen add krun diet me apni k tabeyat sambhlay or bp na low ho. Jo stomach k liye achi ho. TIA
