I have pain in my right hip month ago dr suggest for xray in xray letic lession is seen and he suggested me for mri and i can do my mri report report was simple bone cyst or fibrous dysplasia and less likely to had abc or non ossifying fibroma so what i can do can surgery is required os any other treatment i can walk easy but having little pain when i can do haavy exercise or same thing else than pain increased so what would you suggested

Yes doctor i have pain but when i walk or run and exercise the pain increase what should i do can i take pain killer and which pain killer you can advised.

mri report is very good. but also share some images.
there are certain criteria to make decision of surgery. i think as you mentioned pain and location of this pathology, you should go for prophylactic surgery. otherwise there is risk of sudden fracture and then surgery becomes difficult
