Talk to Orthopedic Surgeon on Cervical Pain

It's been a year i am Having Cervical Pain . But since last three month i was getting completely better but suddenly Since the First day of taraweeh (Salah) i am having severe pain . All this started since the day i offer taraweeh before that day , i didn't felt any pain . Now this is getting worse once again . i had quit using medicine since last two month that doc prescribe me .Now i can't even sleep just because of it .Having severe pain in neck and back . What should i do now ? I am getting worried about Offering taraweeh .
