i am attaching all the reports . Dr said it can lead to cancer you should go for D&C and get the uterus removed. she also said that it's not Cancer at this stage but it can leads to. i need ur advice or any medicine for endometrium hypertrophy

if she has attained menopause, it's better to go for D & C. The pathology reports on that specimen would provide accurate info on the basis of which decision about uterus removal can be made. Regarding her elevated platelets, there are many causes some of which are very benign but others very serious. Besides myself there are a few other trained clinical Hematologists in Lahore, one of whom should examine her and determine need of further tests.
