Asking for Self, Female, 32 years old, Gujrat
I've continuous subtle and sometimes quite intense pain in lower arm, doc advised me not to go for mammogram and did breast ultrasound instead. Please suggest if further finding or medication is required.
it's normal no need of mammography
Your age is 32, and on US there is no suspicious lesion. So no need of mammography at present, but needs regular checkup / followup.
No need of mammography. Your ultrasound is normal just do monthly self breast examination and if this lymph node increase in size observe any new finding then consult a doctor
At the moment you are ok
Have u pain in both arms? What is ur profession? may be it is related with ur profession. Regarding Ultrasound, it seems to be normal. Do ultrasound after 6m. For Screening, Mamography will be advised at 40 years(optional ) but recommended at 45 years.

I’ve pain in underarm, just the left one. It seems like a swollen lymph node, upon pressing the pain extends to whole arm and sometimes even to the left side upper back. And I do an office job where I’ve to sit most of the time

If u have still pain,Take pain killers & do Ultrasound after 1 month from some other radiologist. Sometimes there are accumulation of fat called lipoma but ultrasound didn't revealed that.
