Asking for Other, Male, 60 years old, Okara Punjab
My uncle had undergone cholecystectomy 2 months ago in USA. He was also diagnosed with Pancreatic Cancer Stage IIB during the procedure. After that he reused chemotherapy and came back to Pakistan. Now week ago he had severe pain in abdomen for which ultrasound was done and metastasis is found in the Liver. And as days pass he is getting weak, episodes of pain is also increasing both in frequency and duration for which pain killers (injection) are used. Today he is also complaining of Heametemesis. Now at this stage kindly comment what should we do? Is it treatable? What is the prognosis? Thank you
Must see a palliative care physician on urgent basis .
Hemetmesis at this stage multifactorial could be secondary to drugs ....
Patient needs management.
CBC, and PT, INR should be checked.
