recently had a eye test and they found this defect binasal hemianopia . my query is does it related to brain tumor or leison ? or it is just a eye defect ?

Hi Definitely we need to rule out any brain lesions. MRI brain with contrast would be my choice of investigation

Binasal hemi occurs when there is bilateral pressure on the optic chiasm. You need to do MRI brain with contrast to see if something is compressing on it or not . Without mri nobody will be able to comment on Wts inside
