Talk to Cancer Specialist / Oncologist on Breast Cancer Grade 2

Few days before cancer of right breast was diagnosed of my sister. We are visiting to shaukatb khanam they are doing more tests which is taking month. In july cancer was diagnosed, my que from marham doctors is that in this duration can cancer spread to other body parts or size of lump can increase ?? I m worried that treatment is not started yet tests are taking months , it can spread in these few months or not.
