Chemotherapy is difficult to offer at this platelets level. Either try to raise the level upto 042-32591427, or go for targeted therapy

Yes treatment is possible. We will need to know reason for her low platelets and exact type of breast cancer.

What is the ER, PR, Her2 status? and needs bone marrow biopsy.

Cancer is not in bones ... i will send the bone marrow biopsy result . Also er pr result .. her-2 negative(1+) er and pr strong positive 90%of tumor cells
