I'm 24 with height 5'2 with weight 71 kg... im constantly working out at gym medium level exercises atleast one hour 5 days a week from 4 months now but weight is constant. between 4 months it varied from 71 to 72 many times but there is body is not loosing weight. I have clean eating habit with normal portion size. once in a while take sugars. I'm much active then before but why cant i loose weight.

according to my instructor..im alreaady working hard... she blames that i eat much...but i don't ...i just want to know are there any test needed to verify there is no internal health issues....
