breakfast of bran porridge & boil egg. eat salad & yogurt in your every
meal. at night take a glass of milk with 1 tsp of psyllium husk.
start to put Desi ghee on your chapatti after you made it.
start to drink 10-13 glass of water daily.
start to add 30 min of walk daily.
eat apricot, watermelon, cucumber, carrot in your daily life.
At night take a glass of milk with 1 tsp of chia Seeds.
