I am 24, male, weight 57kg, height 5,7. I had vitmain D deficiency. The report showed 9 ng/mL. I took 200,000 IU fortnightly for 2 month which is 4 tablets on physician recommendation. It ended 2 months back and i haven't get it checked again and don't feel like visiting labs due to corona. I still feel deficient as i feel tired. What dose shall I take for vitamin D? how many tabs IU per day/week is normal? PS: I have sedentary lifestyle, work from home hence i am under sunlight 10 mins a day only Also please recommend the dose of multi-vitamin Serbex-Z. How much of 300 mg tablets shall i take in a week? PS: I take CaC-1000 once in two days

Keep on taking vit-D and calcium and avoid soft-hard drink and carbonate drinks .. take 1 tab daily of ur multivitamin... you need proper guidance for which tab ahould taken with which food or meal so that it get more affective .. take an appointment please

Dear don't carry on the supplements. first go for lab reports then u should consult for the deficiencies. Supplements may also cause intoxication which will be more severe then deficiencies and also may lead to an uncontrolled other metabolic changes.
So first go for lab reports then book an appointment for medical nutrition therapy.

if u feel tired then it probably shows that u r iron deficient....serbex Z Is normally one tablet daily for a month....secondly u must involve ur body in some physical activity....at least 30 mins walk daily....
for vitamin D...In summers exposure of sunlight for 4-5mins is enough....for this best time is between 10am-3 pm

how to check whether I am iron deficient or not? I can take serbexZ without getting any tests right? Yeah I'll take care of the exercise part. How much of vitD supplements should I take?

tiredness can occur due to other nutrients deficiency, dehydration and lack of activity too. eat healthy and do exercise if you feel tired after that go for CBC

Inj indrop d fortnightly for 3 months. Then check vit d levels again. Take beaf liver it is best source of vitamins and iron. Avoid tea intake, it stops absorption of iron taken in food. Increase intake of fruits and vegetables, avoid hydrogenated vegetable oil, replace them with mustard oil, Desi ghee and butter. Donot use margerine. Water intake should be 3 litre. Exercise for 20 min atleast. Take handful of nuts and stop using sugar and white flour. Stop using junk and processed food
