my body is very weak and I am underweight. I want to gain weight.

Don't drink before meals it can fill up your stomach. Eat 5-6 meals a day. Try different weight gainer smoothies. Add milk 2-3 times in a day. Add nuts too. Try red meat as grilled or bake or in gravy form and add protein supplements too
Take more proteins in nuts, lamb and beef. Start strength training as it will build your muscles and increase your apatite. Eat as healthy as you can and stay away from processed and junk food even if it increases weight it’s detrimental for health.

current diet intake is mostly vegetables, chickens and meat not regular and a little bit fast foods as well.

There is never a one size fits all solution to weight issues, and we all have to accept the natural tendencies of our bodies. First thing is to make a plan. Start by scheduling all your meal and snack times. Eat something healthy, even if it is a few bites. Then focus on adding calorie dense healthy foods to your meals/and snacks. Exercise regularly.
Gradually increase your protein intake along with exercise
incorporate healthy proteins in your diet
DONOT jump quick towards large portions of proteins or meals
GRADUALLY add nuts, eggs ,milkshakes ,smoothies ,meat dishes to your meal
ADD headfull raisins almonds and 1 date daily with milk before breakfast. it will definitely help you to gain weight
