Asking for Other, Male, 36 years old, Rawalpindi
My son age 36 has triglycerides level 7.89 in 2019. 5.65 in 2018 and 3.87 in 2017.his levels are in extremely high dangerous category.im attaching picture of medicine hes taking.he has not been advised regarding diet precautions.hes not fat but has some belly fats.son is settled in canada.

Alright ..first of all, I ll suggest u to go for some nutritional health status assesmnt and try to consume good fats. And avoid fatty specially trans fats.
