Tell your blood-type and get info how you can beat the weight and achieve goal fastly
Do not use any medication while breastfeeding without speaking to your doctor. Second, orlistat does have side effects, and will not magically make you lose weight. If it did, every overweight person would be using it, and no one would have a weight problem. You need to learn how to adopt a healthy diet and lifestyle for the benefit of yourself and your child. Work with a nutritionist to find a balance that will work for you. amsadiqua@gmail.com
No don't use.
Baby was born with operation?

no at all
First of all tell me your height, weight and age. And try to use balance diet instead of any medicine.
I wouldn't recommend it right now, start with moderate brisk walk and a well balanced diet and find postnatal exercises on youtube
Orlistat is a globally recommended and FDA authorized drug for weight loss. Chances of its absorption into milk are the least. However, it reduces the absorption of fat-soluble vitamins and thus can lower the quality of breast-milk. Therefore avoid during the first 6 months of breastfeeding. It is better to follow a balanced and individualized diet plan.

Because orlistat is poorly absorbed orally, it is unlikely that any orlistat is excreted into milk or absorbed by the infant. Therefore, it is unlikely to adversely affect the breastfed infant. Instead of medications proper diet plan is important.
