it's better to book appointment for complete guidance and diet plan because eating after stroke involves alot of consideration.

your patient will get irritated when you force him to follow all limitations at once. The food items that u r giving are good. but u lack diversity of food items so your patient try to eat some salty to change his flavour. u have to restrict just fatty foods, salty and processed foods. all other nutrients must be fulfiled. Try more varieties of food to change flavour again and again.
It will be more better if u get a complete dietary guidlines or diet plan.

You need to have detailed consultation regarding his diet. If shortly , i would say avoid any kind of processed food, fried items and bakery items. But yi also need to include those food items through which his calories can be completed and ultimately no weight loss will take place. I would suggest you take an appointment through Marham, or contact me through zoyasiddiqui158@gmail.com.
