I want to reduce my Wight. My current weight is 92.5kg. I have fracture in my right leg and also right hip in a road accident. Treatment is ongoing. From last 9 months staying home. Thanks for your quick response. My height is 5'-7"(5feet & 7 inches). Age. 35 .weight 92.5 kg. Breakfast take 1 apple with peach and 1 glass of lasi (9am) lunch take 4pm only 1.25 roti with khurri. No dinner. Take milk 1 glass at 9pm only.
Physical activity almost none due to accident. If i take an appointment Still not able to go anywhere due to my condition.

The first thing that I've noticed is meal skipping. Eating less never helps in weight loss. Skipping dinner has slowed your metabolism and you'll start feeling weakness with time. The second thing is irregular timings. Your diet is a little less in nutrients too. Take food from every food group in a moderation, fix the timings of your meals, take 3 major meals (compulsory) and 2 minor meals a day. Minor meals mean snacking, nothing big.
