I have tried many dieting plans and managed to reduce my weight from 70 kgs to 60 kgs. but now I am trying to reduce again but no diet plan and exercise schedule is properly effecting. in fact, weight is again and again even after eating minorly increase meals. kindly help me for some effective plan to reduce my weight or if I could manage to have laser treatment for fat reduction from the abdominal section. Suggest me something working.

I am 5 feet in height with 60 kgs weight these days. in breakfast, i take an egg, 1 slice and a cup of tea with 10 gram gelatin, in lunch I take half - 1 chapati with any curry or take a sandwich as per my appetite, then in snack time I take tea mostly no other thing along at this time, in dinner time I take same as lunch along with this sometimes i take apple cider vinegar in water or organic water. formerly I was doing exercise but these days due to a busy schedule I am not able to do my proper exercise. Now suggest me what should I do.. as I want to get myself up to 50 kgs.

Dear you have reached what is called a plateau meaning that your body has accepted this weight for you, however, every individual is different and needs to be assessed as such.

I am available at Hameed Latif Hospital Monday through Saturaday from 10.30 am to 1.30 pm
