Assalam o Aliakum First you should consult a good Orthopaedic surgeon to investigate whether this problem is due to osteoarthritis  or rheumatoid arthritis.I also dont know other medical conditions like her biochemical test including Uric acid and all that. Anyway consume dietary calcium like milk yogurt nuts etc as well as good calcium supplement. But proper treatment should be your first priority.

Walaikumsalam!! You need to get assessed by a Rheumatologist. She might have Inflammation in Joints. Get her blood, vitamin D and Serum Calcium test done and visit a dietitian in personf for the detailed diet plan.
