Don't worry, don't take any stress. Eat healthy food, avoid junk food, avoid oily food. Drink 8 glass of water + 2 cup of milk + 1 cup of yogurt + one glass of home made juice for example apple + carrot + watermelon without water or sugar.
Eat boiled egg, vegetable and mutton without oil or very less oil. Oil or ghee increase fat in the body, so stay away from it. Try to eat boiled rather than qourma or curry. Eat healthy and balanced. Eat dry fruit also, almonds, wallnuts etc. daily.
Drink more water, it will reduce fat in your body.
Walk 30 min in the morning and 30 min in the evening. Start some basic stretching exercises. If you doctor allow then purchase a basket ball and play with it for 20 min. You can play alone, just take the ball and run with it as you are in a team.
So daily 30 min walk morning + 30 min walk in the evening + 20 min playing with basket ball + 15 min basic stretching exercise.
