There is never a one size fits all diet plan. You need to schedule an appointment in order to find a balance that is right for you. You will need to learn how to monitor your startchy carb familiarise yourself with foods that are low on the glycemic index, and then plan your meals according to your taste. Making changes is not an instantaneous process. I am conducting online consultations.
