Increase protein intake, take fresh milk twice daily, eggs, Desi ghee, red and white meat, legumes and beans, fresh vegetables and fruits, eat less roti and rice while eat more saalan wala portion. Avoid all processed items, bakery items and junk food. Sleep early and rise early. Hope it will help inshaaAllah

Take adequate amount of protein in your diet. this is must In Muscle gain. have eggs, pulses, fish and milk in your diet.
eat fruit, oats, milk, vegetables and a proper balanced diet with special emphasis on protein intake in the form of food. Do you take any protein powders?
