You need to book an appointment for proper consultation and diet plan, he should take food with very restrictions but need to complete his calories per day. He need to follow a proper diet chart completing his calories, InshAllah the problem will be solved. Take an appointment through Marham or contact at zoyasiddiqui158@gmail.com

Yes he can take ispaghol.. but only one Tbsp. a day. He must drink plenty of water and fresh juices.
bitter guard, pumpkin, okra, bottle guard (kadu, teenday, tori) these are good options for vegetables. He should avoid red meat and add beans as protein sources. Apples, grapes, peaches, plum and watermelon are good fruit choices. Add one tsbp. olive oil either over salad or in milk daily.
when u take excess protein... creatinine level increases..
so u should restrict protein foods first...
it's better to book ur appointment so that u will be able to know that what to eat or what should avoid ..
yes ispaghol is good
It’s better to take appointment.cox proper plan is essential.
