Asking for Husband, Male, 27 years old, Karachi
Any nutritionist here? Can you please guide me what food should i give to my husband for diarrhea? Dr told to give khichdi, yogurt, banana and sagudana for three days straight but it has been a week since he is having this food. Any time he tries a bite of non spicy loki sabzi or turai, he gets motion again Can you please guide me how to deal with this situation? How to help him out of it?

You will need to give low fiber bland diet to your husband and progress it slowly.
Every time your husband passes a loose stool give him 1 tablespoon of husk (isapgoal) with 1/2 cup fresh yogurt
