first you can give one medium fruit with skim milk and without succral because fruits already have their own sugar fructose in it.
secondly giving milk shake in iftari is not a good option. it can cause some indugestion

any milk shake is better but without sugar .add one or 1/2 fruits in milk glass and grind....not more then 1/2...
