Toe nail have black line also the left most nail is all black. Is it something to be a worried about? Iv been into extreme weight loss by excessive running and weight lifting. My weight before was 120kg now 70kg duration 18months

You need to see your GP or a dermatologist regarding nails. If there has been no trauma to the nails, underlying medical conditions need to be ruled out.
Losing weight is a wonderful thing, but make sure you are doing it in a healthy manner and adopting dietary and lifestyle habits that can be maintained lifelong. Pushing your body to extremes often backfires.

Toe nails or finger nails can have a black line or can turn black Due to vitamin B 12 deficiency. You should consume more fish, poultry and eggs. Also make sure you are not having a fungal infection in your toe nail along with the B 12 deficiency. Losing 50 kg in 18 months can cause nutrient deficiency as this is extreme weight loss. Such weight loss can make an individual's body tired. My advice to you is that you should top losing more weight. Instead, now you should focus on maintaining it by taking food from all food groups i.e. lean meat, low fat dairy products, whole grains and cereals, fruits and vegetables. Take three healthy snacks and three meals daily.Take more fish, eggs and poultry as mentioned earlier. Stay hydrated (8 glasses per day). Limit the consumption of fried foods, deserts, cakes,biscuits and other bakery items. Also Limit the consumption of tinned/canned foods. Do not consume bottled juices or fizzy drinks. this keep your body fresh. Exercise at least 30 minutes daily. Centrum(adults) is a good multivitamin. Take it once after breakfast daily. Good Luck!
