Aoa i want to know about the diet. My weight was 74 kg but now it is 67 kg... My diet contain 2 boil eggs and green tea along with some fruit in breakfast. Lunch include chicken, beans, green tea. Evening includes nuts or fruit..is this diet is effective or not...if not then kindly give me information.
your are doing this with a purpose of gain weight or lossing weight?

Dont drink green tea with every meal.
