Aoa i want to know about the diet. My weight was 74 kg but now it is 67 kg... My diet contain 2 boil eggs and green tea along with some fruit in breakfast. Lunch include chicken, beans, green tea. Evening includes nuts or fruit..is this diet is effective or not...if not then kindly give me information.

Add some prpteins lilke soup in evening. pr lentil soup.
Dont drink green tea with every meal.
there should be gap of atleast half to one hour.
you are excluding milk and dairy products and cereals.
and u havent mentioned anything about exercise
