Talk to Neuro Physician on Vertigo (vestibular Neuritis Or Bppv)
Asking For Self, Male 28, Karachi
Since past 2 days, I was having constant vertigo, head movement making it worse. Cannot sit or walk, did epley's maneuver but didn't work. Also my left eye is getting a bit blurry. No problems in hearing at all. I'm seeing little black & white dots sometimes in vision. Condition is getting better but I'm worried if its some serious condition that requires MRI. Blood reports and CT scan are attached. Taking serc 16mg twice with modilium. Please help, thanks.

Better to consult with qualified neurologist . And let him decide either go through MRI or not?? Mean while serc 16mg tid. Stugran forte bid.
