Yes, sleeplessness is a big issue.
Actually this problem is related to our daily life activities, environment, profession ,working time that is day or night , social issues, personal shortcomings or problems, people behaviour to you and you will power.
So there is need to sit with a neuropsychiatrist or a neurologist. Give all your detail history.
Most of the time issue is somewhat resolved if you tackle the root cause.
Taking sleeping pills is easy but it is not the solution. In pilots and air hostess this is a common issue due to changing time in their profession. Their duties hours are constantly changing ,especilly when they fly from one time zone to another. This called jet lag. On top of it they are exposed to immense mental stress or even depression. My suggestion for now is to take Tab.Modton 25 mg at night but he needs to consult for better solution.
