Mujhe Ky saal sy right eye muscle mein kanchao or or aankh k neechay blackish colour ho raha ha. Ent Dr ny kaha sinus ki waja sy ha so i went for sinus opt but still the problem is there. Now my problem is worsen than before muscle pain around my eye area and svere stiffness and pain with swelling under my right eye. Could you plz give me any suggestions.

My head and neck shaking badly what should i do?

The doctor said that it is due to stress and gave me some stress relief medicince but by taking medicine it did not got better .

What should i do?

I sometimes feel like there is a tight band around my head. I feel pressure in my head, ears and nose and also eyes. Its not pain but its just a feeling pressure. I also have a severe depression and stress problem. This condition of feeling pressure comes and goes. It happens sometimes and then it doesnt happen for a long time. What are the reasons? Is it due to stress and depression? Or is it something serious? Its happening for more than an year now. But it stops for a month or two and then i start to feel it again. Plz help
